Jeffrey Grip, Ph.D.

Jeff joined Witmer & Associates in 1995 and currently runs the East Coast office. He specializes in helping executives build teams that can execute their vision. Jeff assesses leaders for hire, promotion and career development. He also conducts advanced management coaching and team building, incorporating a variety of tools. Jeff consults with corporations in the areas of organizational development, leadership and teamwork. A major focus of his work is the relationship between the personal development of executives and the impact of their leadership.

Prior to 1995, Jeff served as President and CEO of the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where he was responsible for business operations, financial and strategic planning, personnel recruitment and development, and marketing. Revenue quadrupled during his tenure. He established a reputation for fostering personal growth and development, and for successful conflict resolution.

Jeff has a long history of volunteer activity; he currently serves as Vice-chair of the Board of Trustees of the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation. He lives near Baltimore with his wife, Lynne, and a variety of pets. On those rare occasions when he has the time, he enjoys sailing on Chesapeake Bay. Other pursuits include enjoying his children and grandchildren, travel, cooking and home renovation.
